We use a full range of techniques and technology to perform data capture and data entry.
Our method for data capture is Optical Character Recognition (OCR), using ABBYY Fine Reader and Omni page to produce digital machine-readable versions of textual pages. After files have passed through the QC team, our OCR editors use editing software to edit the files and improve the captured text's accuracy up to required levels.
We also provide keying services. We use a combination of OCR and single keying / double keying based on the information clarity of the input content.
